With experience from retail computer sales to home users, through to helpdesk for large corporates, to server and network installation and maintenance for some of Otago’s biggest organisations, there aren’t too many IT problems he hasn’t come across.

Operations Manager
Ray has returned to Dunedin after 30 years of business life in Auckland primarily in the Retail and Hardware industries. He held a wide range of roles including Finance, HR and Sales and brings this experience to the Operations role with ProSouth. Ray believes in building long-term relationships at every level of the business by adding value wherever he is able.
Mike
Business Development Manager
Mike has worked in the IT industry in Dunedin for over 20 years in various sales roles. He enjoys coming up with interesting and innovative solutions to customers' IT problems and is always keen for a chat about what ProSouth can do to help your business.
Mark
Senior Engineer
With a vast range of experience in IT and beyond, Mark will usually have an answer to your question. With special interest areas in AI and 3D printing, he would like to help you with new and emerging information and communication technologies.

Engineer
Chris has had 20 years of experience working in the IT field. He enjoys working with clients to help achieve their IT goals and gains great satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.
Jules
Engineer
Jules comes to us from his home country of France. He is often the person who answers the phone when you call and is very happy to help with your technical queries, or direct you to one of our more senior engineers as required.
Anna
Administration Manager
Anna makes the admin wheels turn. Sorting all the invoicing, debtors and creditors, as well as answering phones and email queries keeps her busy all day, every day.

Sue
Accounting Manager
Sue has been married to Tony for 45 years, and they have lived in Balclutha since 1980. She started her working life as a Maths teacher. While taking a break to raise their 4 children, she moved into administrative, accounting and management roles.
In her free time, she enjoys walking or mountain-biking. She is immensely proud of the team at ProSouth and their ability to deliver a quality service to our customers.
Brendon
Business Development Manager
Brendon is well known in the Clutha district from his time working in the telecommunications industry. Since then he has spent time working for a large multi-national in the technology field.
Wayne
Engineer
Wayne has been working in the primary industries for 40 years, with a special interest in IT and technology. He runs the Balclutha workshop and is the man to talk to about repairs for your laptop, phone, tablet or any other piece of IT equipment.
